My current research involves non-parametric classification procedures (classification trees, nearest neighbor rules, and so on), multi-level analysis of differential item functioning (DIF), and applications of Bayesian estimation procedures, and innovative uses of non-parametric classification procedures. I am also researching cognitive areas of effective statistical instruction.
